Memorial Service for Nancy Sprengelmeyer: A memorial service will be celebrated on Friday, March 8 at 10 a.m. at Iannotti Funeral Home (415 Washington St., Coventry). Visiting hours will be held on Thursday, March 7, 2013 from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., also at Iannotti Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Nancy’s memory to the Coventry Teachers' Alliance (CTA) Scholarship Fund. Click here to view the donation form.

CANCELED: Governor's Business Community Outreach Forum: Gov. Chafee's Business Forum Scheduled for Thursday, March 7 from 8:30-10 a.m., at Coventry Town Hall has been postponed by RIEDC due to impending weather. A new date will be posted as soon as it is scheduled.

CHS Alumni Musicians: Brad DeGraide, choral director and teacher at CHS, and Marina Ferri (Class of 2008) have scheduled an alumni concert for Apr. 27 at 6:30 p.m. in the high school auditorium to benefit the CHS Alumni Association. They are looking for former high school musicians who have remained in the music field either as a teacher, performer or music professional.
