Hope Valley Barracks

At 4:56 p.m. on Nov. 16, Troopers arrested Raymond Greene, 19, of 6 Coventry Shoppers Plaza, Coventry, for 1). Two Counts of Crank or Obscene Phone Calls, 2). Simple Assault or Battery, and 3). Reckless Driving. The arrest was the result of a barracks investigation. Greene was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed and held overnight pending a morning arraignment where he will presented as a 46G Bail Violator by the Attorney General's Office. 

At 12:00 p.m. on Nov. 19, a trooper arrested Louis Pfanstiehl, 22, of 86 Old Flat River Rd., Coventry, on a Third District Court Bench Warrant on an original charge of Disorderly Conduct originating out of the Coventry Police Department. The arrest was a result of a traffic stop on Washington Street in the Town of Coventry. Pfanstiehl was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed and later transported to Third District Court. 

At 7:15 p.m. on Dec. 4, Troopers arrested Greg Waldron, 33, of 7 Black Walnut Dr., Coventry, for 1.) Obstructing an Officer in Execution of Duty, 2.) Operating on a Suspended License, and 3.) Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Passing Counterfeit Checks from the Warwick Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Arnold Road in the Town of Coventry. Waldron was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed and held overnight pending morning arraignment.

At 6:45 p.m. on Dec. 8, a trooper arrested Peter E. Caruso, 36, of 993 Plainfield Pike, Coventry, for Larceny U/$500. Result of a barracks investigation of a larceny complaint by Trooper Lawton. Caruso turned himself into the barracks with his attorney and was processed and arraigned by JP Suvardi then released pending future 4th District Court dates.
