NORTH KINGSTOWN — Just hours after the FBI identified Tamerlan Tsarnaev and his brother as suspects in last week's Boston Marathon bombing, the family of Tsarnaev's wife put their North Kingstown home on the market.
The family of Katherine Russell, 24, released a statement on Friday evening from their home confirming their daughter was married to the 26-year-old bombing suspect. The statement also confirmed that the two have a child together, who is believed to be 3 years old.
On Friday, the day after Tsarnaev was shot and killed in Boston, the Russell family listed their home for sale. The Providence Journal reports that the family's realtor said the process began weeks prior before the bombing.
The 3,093 square-foot home, located in in Fletcher Estates, is listed at $467,000, according to AOL Real Estate.
